Haraya’s Two Towers: What to Expect and When

Haraya Residences is being built as two towers on one site at the centre of Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Pasig. The South Tower came first, launched in 2023, and the North Tower followed in 2025.

Two towers, one address

The South Tower holds 533 homes over 57 residential floors. The North Tower adds 362 homes over 45 residential floors, for 895 homes in all. Both share the same design language and the same amenity levels.

Completion dates

The developer’s published completion dates are 31 July 2028 for the South Tower and 30 September 2028 for the North Tower. Turnover schedules for individual units are confirmed by the sales team at reservation.

Which tower suits you?

The North Tower was designed with larger layouts across its one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, which suits growing families. The South Tower offers the widest choice of one-bedroom layouts. Our advisers can compare specific units side by side.
