A loggia is a covered outdoor room that opens off the living space. Unlike a narrow balcony, it is deep enough to furnish, and it stays shaded through the day.

How buyers use them

Owners we speak to plan them as breakfast spots, reading corners, small home offices with a view, or simply an extension of the living room when guests come over. With living-room and bedroom ceilings of about 2.85 metres, the indoor and outdoor spaces read as one.
